The First Crusade is a great example of religion providing a major inspiration for an armed conflict. That said, it also had major secular drivers, see Seljuk expansion in Anatolia, but I don't mind counting it.
To count the Muslim invasions of India, you need to demonstrate a clear and compelling link between Islam and the decision to invade. We could blame Mongolian spiritualism for tens of millions of deaths, and many tens of millions more if we include catastrophes like the bubonic plague in those numbers, but religion had little to no direct influence on Genghis Khan's rise and the subsequent Mongolian dynasty.
The Great Leap Forward (and the subsequent famine) along with the Soviet famines and purges had everything to do with Communism. The implementation of Communist policies led directly to the deaths of upwards of a hundred million. Nazi Fascism led to a war that killed 80+ million people. These are fundamentally secular ideologies, and they're by far the deadliest in the history of the human race.
