Literally the Israeli justification for the execution of Palestinians who were on sovereign Palestinian land at the time of execution. If Israelis can kill Palestinians from across the border to "defend the border" then Palestinians can just as legitimately strike and kill Israelis who come close to their sovereign border as well.
