Sea levels rising is the least of concerns with climate change.

The next 100 years , the biggest scare is the fact it will wreak havoc on plant life and every ecological system on earth. The waters will become more toxic and as the temperature rises , more glaciers in the arctic will melt and this will not only raise the sea level but it will also make the waters less clear. Seawater is clearer than freshwater which means that the sun's rays get reflected back whereas freshwater is darker and thus the sea will absorb more heat from the sun, the oceans will warm which will affect fish life and affect the currents and weather systems that extend down.

And yes, storms could get worse and the sea level could rise but areas that are not as developed or industrialized will experience droughts and limited access to food and both of those things when occuring on a global/national scale will result in civil unrest , millions will die and potentially hundreds of millions will become migrants and just look at Europe current situation , do you really think millions of people are going to be accepted and dealt with correctly when they flee to places they can actually survive?

These things are going to happen , it's a matter of getting our heads of our asses collectively to figure out ways to switch to nuclear/wind energy and improve the efficiency of batteries so other alternative energies become more efficient by default.

You don't have to be a liberal to wish for a better world for our grandchildren.. We are all humans.. The environment is one issue, masses of debt is another.

Tbh, it's about time to get rid of the labels that are separating us and are in the way of having a normal conversation.
I don't know about you, but I see through the political game of separating the masses, to let them fight each other, so a government can do what it wants.
It is what is done with apartheid, and ironically, we're doing the same thing here.

Great, you found research from one of the skeptics. About 3-5% of the research shows something similar to this..
To blood eagle ppl is an interesting resolve to make a point.

Your attack out of desperation means that you lose the argument...

Better luck next time.

"Hey I had a hand like that last time and I didn't win. How come you win?"

"Because I win!"

I do see the reasoning though, just thought that was funny.

B)

As a translation, Michael Riedijk (Dutch CEO of Canadian company PageFreezer) has archived 150 American websites with climate data, after EPA officials feared that a lot of their work would be lost forever after Trump's decision to take their websites offline. The websites will be back online in a few weeks at most, and housed on Dutch servers (so American gubmint can't reach it :^)

No need to thank us. I honestly like it so much that already quite a few of Trump's stupid decisions have been compensated by Dutch people.
