If clinton is under investigation for storing her emails on Isis servers I agree
What does that mean? Should a person should only be denied due process if it relates to terrorst or ISIS activities?
Personally I don't think anyone should be barred from buying a gun or running for president if they are being investigated by the FBI. The investigation could be total bogus and I think that sort of rationale opens up the door for a lot of constitutinal issues.
It's why I don't support Obama's proposal to ban gun purchases from people put on no-fly lists. The idea someone could be punished and have rights infringed with no evidence of wrongdoing or no criminal conviction is a very disturbing and tyrannical one to me.
But if HRC truly believes what she said, that someone should have less freedoms based on their investigation status with the FBI, then why should she be able to run for president?
