No in all seriousness, jobs are stressful/painful too.  Just consider a typical factory job, or as you mention physical laborer.
Heck even desk jobs cause all sorts of physical problems.. pain in the back, neck, wrist, shoulders... 80% of Americans experience chronic pain at some point in their life due to sitting at desks/computers too much (Kelly McGonigal, Ph.D. health psychologist, Standford University).
Oh and don't forget the physical and emotional strain caused by occupational stress in just about any job these days.

That's not a choice though, if the men are not working then they don't have to pay child support (it's typically 30% of your wages) but if you're not doing those things anyways you cannot survive unless you are on welfare... but that is a separate issue...

Those men have to have a job to support a life anyways, so those sacrifices are required.... the sacrifices from a woman are NOT required to survive, she does not have to live with that parasite for 9 months, risk all the health complications that come with it and all the complications that come after it.... so again, not the same scenario.

This would correlate with women living longer than men, they live a very leisure existence :)

So if an amount of suffering is already being incurred out of necessity, then inflicting additional suffering (e.g. 30% more) is okay?

you're not incurring MORE suffering... you're paying for a decision you already made, with part of what you have...

you are making it sound like jobs are torture... pregnancy could be close to torture, not a job.... for the most part it is peoples choice to have a terrible job... if you didn't wanna end up working in an office all day, get more education and make yourself more needed so you can decide where/when/how you work.... however a woman cannot get more education to make pregnancy easier.

You have to work more to pay the additional costs, whether that's working additional hours now or adding extra years of work before retirement... either of which will increase total work-related pain/discomfort/stress.

again, if you were just scraping by that is your own fault (to some degree, granted there are exceptions where situations have NOT worked out well for people) in general if you are barely scraping by you have your own problems...

it is still not the same, the man has the choice to get out of the situation.... woman does not.

right now if I had to pay child support, my life wouldn't change THAT much... aside from the fact that I wouldn't be able to have as much fun in life, wouldn't be able to buy my new toys etc.... but hers would.

You're being intentionally evasive.
Why is it okay for the state to force men to perform labor with their bodies providing material needs for the child, but not okay for the state to force mothers to perform labor with their bodies by carrying the child to term?

A person's labor is as much a part of them as anything else they do, including carrying a child, giving birth, etc.
If you don't think forced labor is a violation of a person's body, I have a few African American friends who'd like to have a talk with you.

You don't have to be "barely scraping by" for it to be a problem... responsible people are hit just as badly.
If I were forced to make child support payments [hypothetical of course, I'd never be responsible for an unplanned pregnancy] it would cut massively into my savings, thus forcing me to work extra years before being able to retire.
And no the man doesn't have a choice to "get out of that situation" when he's ordered by the state to make payments for a child he didn't choose to have.. he has to perform labor to do so.

ITT: we learn Skinned supports forced labor at the expense of men, the same kind many folks fought and died to prevent, for the sole benefit of women, rather than the children.
