According to you, being a youth pastor is a person who is only in charge of games and puppet shows and sing along. If the majority of youth pastors you've met are like this, then I'm sorry. However, I'm much more than that.

Many youth ministers, children's ministers, etc.. have formal education in their specific fields. Within these fields, they are required to take bible classes, and classes that teach them how to teach effectively and appropriately. Many of these degrees also throw public speaking courses in.
But keep acting like you know the in's and out's of ministry.
