Well, I would argue that you should read credible sources like the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Reuters, etc. But usually we consume news in a more informal way, so I would say don't believe everything you hear from Rogan or whoever else you listen to. I like The Bulwark because they are center-right.
Sure, the US has meddled in other countries elections. But the question is whether the US orchestrated the revolution in Ukraine. And that's obviously bullshit. Ukraine had a revolution because they had a leader who was aligned with Russia and the people wanted to go another direction. In the aftermath of the revolution, America was dealing with the people in charge, because that's what we do.
