even students on visas have a right to protest, that is protected by the first amendment. anyone here legally is allowed that right

she protested at UCLA where over 400 police officers dispersed the protest and ended up injuring 100+ people. she wasnt violent

They fished out one of the male soldiers and the female. The female was a former Biden Administration staffer. Her incompetence got 67 people killed.

Hopefully they find the third soldier soon so we can wrap this DEI tragedy up and move on to cleaning up the next Biden-Era disaster.

I'll wait for the boxes. It could be as simple as an altimeter malfunction. Or obviously it may not be. I prefer to wait tho.

They recovered the black box almost immediately. It doesn't take days or weeks for NTSB to extract the data from the box. If the news favored anything other than a DEI fuckup, they'd have already released the info. Unless it's worse.

What's it gonna be, 2 weeks to wait for it to pass out of the news cycle before the quietly, and with no coverage, announce that the DEI Biden Staffer's incompetence definitely was the cause of 67 dead?

Isn't the NTSB notoriously slow and thorough with these types of incidents?

Not particularly. If the crash has no political bearing, they usually have at least a preliminary report out within 24 hours. It's only politically charged cases and cases where the black box is extensively damaged where it tends to take a long time. And the box wasn't extensively damaged. According to reports, there was minor water leakage that will cause some of the cockpit audio to take longer. However, all the flight data, including which stick pointed the chopper dead center at a passenger jet they would absolutely have already extracted.

It's looking worse and worse for the "No no, it's not a DEI issue!" crowd. NGL.

A student visa is for those who wish to come to the US to achieve (depending on which visa) either educational excellence or vocational excellence.

Students on visas who're spending their time protesting rather than studying and dedicating themselves to the excellence we offer do not belong here.

The Constitution does not protect from revocation of Student Visas. No "legal action" was taken against the person for speech. Her visa was yanked because rather utilizing the educational opportunity she was granted, she organized events that disrupted an academic institution.

Oh, and to remain qualified for a student visa you MUST attend all your classes. Any absence has to have a very good reason. "Protest" is not an acceptable reason.

Not particularly shocked that you side with the CCP against your fellow Americans though. :)

I support free speech, its an inalienable right in this country - its what America was founded on ! duh. if you dont support free speech then YOU are the CCP scum bum :)
