January 6th is the day the electoral college votes for the president.
When Americans go to vote, they're actually voting to appoint electoral college.

Once appointed they become federal and state laws don't apply.
They can vote for whom ever they want.
State laws that say otherwise mean nothing in the supreme court.

They count the electoral vote in the Senate, this is when the president is actually elected.
So all the people who cry about waiting days to find out who wins, jan 6th is the actual day when they're decided.

The popular vote means absolutely nothing.
USA is not a democracy.

:)

Mask off for Biden
After 4 years persecuting Trump and his supporters and locking up political rivals, Biden used his final hours to issue blanket pardons for all unspecified crimes by Mark Milley, Anthony Fauci and the entire January 6th committee.

What a fucking brilliant display of democracy in action. Spent 4 years screaming nobody is above the law, tries to invent fake crimes to lock up his rivals, then in deep paranoia tries to blanket pardon all his allies so when the shoe is on the other foot Trump can't persecute him back
Imagine what will be going through Joe Bidens head when Trump uses the office of the presidency to guide policy and diplomacy instead of be a petty tyrant. Peach jello I suppose

Fucking disgusting and shameful. is this what you believe in?

I guess I really need to ask after all this is done today
Am I right or wrong. Will Joe Biden go down as a bad president, one low in the ranks. Or will he go down as the single worst president in our nations history. Will books be written about how he tried to be a petty tyrant and tried to excuse all his allies in a fit of paranoia that his enemies will emulate his depravities.
I'm looking to the history of corruption, of those who hastened the civil war. Buchanan gets all that criticism for his negligence in failing to act to stop secession or ready the military, but by god, he's remembered for what he didn't do. From a civil liberties standpoint its no contest, Joe Biden is the only tyrant in US history like the greek tyrants of old. Lincoln's critics would think him Jesus Christ returned if Ex Parte Merryman was his high water mark of executive unilateralism next to Biden sending storm troopers to raid someones home in the middle of the night for engaging in dissident... economic theory.

Today really put the cherry on the shit pie. I may be wrong. Biden may actually be the worst president

Even the AP is calling him out on it:

Quote ("Associated Press")
“It’s customary for a president to grant clemency at the end of his term, but those acts of mercy are usually offered to everyday Americans who have been convicted of crimes. But Biden has used the power in the broadest and most untested way possible: to pardon those who have not even been investigated yet. And with the acceptance comes a tacit admission of guilt or wrongdoing, even though those who have been pardoned have not been formally accused of any crimes.”

I don't know what "this" means. All I see are primal screams from a Trump cultist who was hoping all of Trump's enemies would be prosecuted. And there's a lot of anger on display because they won't be.

Could you clarify the issues you have? I've been on this forum for so many years and I can't recall you ever being this animated. I think I know why but I'd like you to explain yourself so I can use it to expose you as a fucking hack.

Jan 6th talking point is now mute.

1600 pardons
Jan 6th committee dissolved

The left can stop squawking about it now.

Why would pardons for wrongdoing negate discussion about the wrongdoing? That makes no sense at all. If anything it amplifies the discussion.
