That's a good field and I agree there is alot of private sector work out there for that work. It's hard work too and rewards the best well enough. Being a venture capitalist is like Vivek Ramaswamy in this regard, I mean if you're there the potential is endless.

Name brand is true often. My brother was top at a major Ivy League school. It was beautiful, they sadly had nets set up at the waterfall to prevent suicides. That matters alot in these circumstances. My degree is the so-called #1 university in Canada which gives can open stuff here but nothing like the Ivy League pipelines


you're not wrong that desperate students who take accept graduate programs from crappy institutes working with crappy researchers end up with poor job prospects though. not at all been my experience

That's fair but this is one of the biggest criticisms we have of democrats in general, is that they do not care to look past their bubble & experience and observe the bigger picture. I mean it's the recognized coastal elite problem, this is circa-2015 Trump era so this is old news and an old great sin of hubris that is a festering rot on the Democrat voter's mind.

You being smarter then all of us plebs you should easily be able to share your great big body of work spanning both public and private sectors right?
