Sounds to me, when a State's sovereignty is completely usurped, their governance attacked, and their people actively murdered for trying to protect themselves from foreign invasion, what you have is a Federal Government that cares more about foreign invaders than US Citizens. If the feds want to roll tanks into Texas to murder US Citizens in favor of foreign invasion, it will be Civil War. And it'll be one of the nastiest imaginations of civil war, because a lot of states that are "blue" will see uprisings within their states when they try to throw in with the people who're killing Americans in favor of foreign invaders.

As to the topic, could go either way. Biden's Administration created this conflict, uncontrolled mass invasion of the US has now drawn the ire of mayors and governors of blue cities and states, and it'll only stop when the Biden Administration enforces the immigration laws on the books. If they refuse to do so, and continue using federal assets to help the foreign invaders at the expense of the States and Citizenry of the US, they will leave no other option but war.

Edit: I do think it's funny how the black welfare class of Chicago has risen up and started protesting against the foreign invasion. That's some great shit right there. "Hey! All of the public housing and free food and phones and shit that you used to give us are now going to illegals! We're receiving less, or nothing, a bunch of us have lost our homes, all because you want... What? People other than us? These 'migrants' aren't even working! They're just clogging up public housing and filling up all the hotels and hanging around all day smoking! And they send all the cash you give them to some other country, and who knows which, because we have illegals from over 100 other nations just pouring in!"

Funny when an ethnic group that claims they should receive reparations for a slavery that hasn't existed in living memory sees all the funding that could go to their reparations instead going to bring in, house, feed, clothe, and enrich people who suffered nothing at the hands of our government at all and have no right to said funding. I'm sure the administrative wing of the beaurocracy is loving it though. The billions syphoned off the top for the disbursement of these funds to "help the illegals" is buying them homes at a ridiculous pace.
