It doesn't matter what the judge says or what the outcome of the trial is. Just because the McMichaels have been charged with murder, it doesn't definitively prove that they really had the intention to murder.

Like I already said, what the McMichaels did was probably illegal. But this still does not make it a murder. They probably truly thought they were apprehending a criminal. They should go to jail, yea, but not for murder.

Only in your head vs a black guy is holding a shotgun at another person for no reason justified. If there was proof of a theft it would be part of the trial and part of the conversation.
