but we all know how the world works. What the rules are and what actually happens doesnt always jive. Sometimes you rolling stop at a stop sign, sometimes you j walk to get across the street faster, sometimes you assign a scj with staunchly aligned political views.. There is gray to every rule

So you admit that SCOTUS judges have partisan viewpoints, and that their political views inform their rulings - why shouldn't the same also apply to the lower courts, or the career officials in the DoJ?

every single event that happens ever has a bias as to why it happened.

Every single human is politically aligned. It IS NOT SUPPOSED to interfere with their job. but the SCJ is so corrupt that we plebs commonly point to the presidents that aissigned them and their political alignment to say that they will favour those partisan issues one way or another.

What we have seen since the swing to a 6-3 Republican President appointed scjs is that Republicans keep over and over again losing with cases that come to the sc. Republicans are getting owned, and its a 6-3 sc. Why?? Because judges arent supposed to be partisan in their decisions. There is the law.

Every single person has bias and every single person has a poltiical alignment. It is a moot point when referring to professionals that have career positions in non politically appointed positions.

If you truly have to go down the road of 'well i think this person is corrupt so fuck you you are wong no matter what you say' well I remember when I was fucking 4 years old. Again, show me evidence of such corruption like uncommon practice or changes being made in stark contrast to the median, then ya that might warrant taking a look at.

Like how Trump is getting all his cases pushed out more than like 6 months when they should happen within 70 days. Thats special treatment right there, for example. your turn

why did the Trump administration work so hard to politicize the lower courts, the SCOTUS, the DOJ and all other arms of government you're complaining about? he installed partisan puppets at the lowest and the highest levels
you cant complain about a witch hunt or politicization when thats exactly what the other party is guilty of doing, doesnt work like that. thats like punching someone in the face and then crying because you got punched in the face back
