Enlightenment is universal, belief in God takes many forms & is unified with Eastern philosophies which are non-theist, this is apparent from the striking similaries of Buddhism to Christianity.
But yes, the concept of the Abrahamic God is only present in areas where people have been educated as such. It is most of the world, while now only Eastern Asia retains non-theistic philosophies.
