That's an interesting interpretation of "going to prison for committing crime," which is what happened to Michael Cohen.

The word at this point is that Trump lied about Tuesday.

Details are sketchy at the moment and we probably won't know the whole story until tomorrow.

The charges will be levied by a grand jury, which keeps things secret until their decision is reached.
