A typo they immediately corrected, truly heinous.

Confirms that CNN are fake news, as they source check AFTER posting their usual garbage. SAD!

It's nice on some level when they do this, since it shows pretty clearly which users will just jump on a bandwagon without critical thought if it supports their candidate.

God can you imagine if Trump supporters held the president's twitter to the same standard as CNN's twitter?

I mean, one is a news organization, the other is the literal leader of the free world. Which do you think deserves more scrutiny? Obviously the one of a half-dozen news organization!

True. Trump is no leader. He's barely a manager. So far his presidency has been an exercise in how managing a business is peanuts compared to running positions in government. Business you can delegate 99% of your responsibilities and pass blame all over. Hire competent lower staff and you're fine to be a fuckup everywhere else. Not so much when you're in a leadership position.

Kinda weird when your boss begs you to stay and then indirectly asks for your resignation through a crony. I would make him fire me too, collect some unemployment, relax for a bit B)

Well clearly something changed to convince Trump that Bharara couldn't be given a pass when previously he was in the clear. Trump apparently only planned on keeping Bharara on a political favor to Chuck Schumer, some kind of conciliation, but given the events of the past month its not hard to imagine Schumers exhausted any capital he held with Trump and Trump could have simply given him zero freebies now since it gets him nothing. Maybe there was some unknown bargain, and Schumer didn't live up to his side, and thats not hard to believe.

Yates poisoned the normal routine for AGs staying on in a neutral role until their replacements get on when she grandstanded, so Trump had every reason to cast them all out ASAP before they could abuse their positions again. Would they have thrown fits from the bully pulpit? Well Bharara certainly justified Trump after-the-fact when he did exactly that with his "you can't make me resign you need to fire me" publicity stunt.

Germany in general is leading the way politically and their economy is holding the EU together.

I think how strong Germany has become in Europe is a factor of Brexit within itself. UK is threatened by Germany's influence that people foolishly think the best move would be to remove themselves out of the EU when when they actually do attempt this, most likely Scotland and Northern Ireland will vote for leave the UK to join the EU and the rest of the UK will be wondering if it was worth it to allow fear to drive your society.

Mostly I just hope Trump and his cabinet keeps their shit together when dealing with foreign policy in southeast Asia. Japan/South Korea are our most important allies outside of Canada and Great Britain.
