yup infowars basically failed to comply with a court and as a result lost a trial that they failed to cooperate with, and is now bankrupt.

Alex probably told the court hed rather go bankrupt than pay the families.

actually its pretty comical, he refused to comply and admit evidence the other side requested, then skipped a bunch of hearings, then provided the evidence but it was edited, then admitted the evidence was edited, then failed to request evidence from the other side that could have helped their case, then he shifted his money to his father, then got caught. also aparently despite $150+million in revenue in the last 3 years they somehow run at a loss.
