There are only two authoritative sources for crime statistics at the national level, the UCR and NCVS
The UCR compiles data from all the police departments around the country with their disparate definitions of race, and only defines race as White, Black, Native or Asian. Hispanics are lumped in with Whites and it does an extremely poor job of distinguishing ethnicities.
The NCVS is based on self-reporting by cold calling people and asking them if they've ever been raped and who by, and unsurprisingly has incredibly skewed results and completely fails to report significant categories of crimes, like murder.
