My response is in bold above
Isreal became a nation again in 1948.
Why are YOU able to interpret the written word better than others that came before you?
You have yet to answer this only talk about ''what is suppose to happen''
Basically you can't so you're talking about the question.
My interpretation is we're no where closer to His return than we were after he died for our sins.
Whos right? Bible says to watch the times, but it also says no one will know the time.
You however get upset because someone challenges you? Fine example.
You do have the right to defend yourself.
But the Bible also says turn the other cheek.
Matthew 5:38-40 New International Version (NIV)
Eye for Eye
38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’[a] 39 But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. 40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well.
Calling someone an idiot, then telling them they're not setting a good example makes you a hypocrite.
I've been nothing but polite to you, yet you decided to question if I'm applying these to my every day life? When your recent post history shows you aren't?
Who are you to judge me?
I've simply asks questions of you. Yet you decided to make yourself a judge?
The written word is very clear who is the only judge. It's also very clear on what happens to those who decide to pass judgement.
Matthew 7:1-29
“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
James 4:12 "There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?"
Go read Romans 2:1-3
You have no right to judge me.
I'm disappointing that someone who claims to be trying to convert people on a site started for gaming is so judgemental and unable to answer simple questions without getting hostile.
Daily I seek a deeper connection with God. Yet daily I see you judge others on this site.
We all have our faults, I certainly have mine. Perhaps you should look at yours more closely.
I shall pray for you.
