The are rules regarding the civilian population I am currently between flights the internet is very slow.
I remember something like letting wounded eldery children and pregnant women go.
The rest stay and starve until surrender.

sure, let me know when you have a chance to look into it

edit: and just to clarify since i feel like you're going off on a tangent, i'm not asking about laws related to the freedom of movement of trapped civilians during a siege (which is an entirely different issue) - i'm asking for you to provide the related rules / laws that support the claim you made in post #10886, that you're permitted to starve a civilian population if enemy forces are embedded within them

we've already established that they aren't the same when you misinterpreted my earlier post and i responded in post #10884 - while sieges are not prohibited, international law is explicit regarding the starvation of civilians during armed conflict.
i referenced ihl rule 55 and the fourth geneva convention to which you replied that there is an exception to the rule - if the enemy is embedded in the civilian population.
i'm asking for you provided the related laws / rulings that support your claim - you saying that "siege is practically starvation" is not sufficient evidence - i understand you're traveling and need time to research laws/rulings that don't exist as you continue to deflect, but i'll be here waiting for your reply

how is a siege defacto starvation when international law states that the besieging part must allow the free passage of food to civilians?

the rules regarding civilians are clear, but what happened when enemy combatants fighting without uniforms?
there are laws about it.

You let Pregnant women, children and wounded pass.

was that a rhetorical question or did you want me to answer it for you? you seem to lack a basic understanding of international law / conventions regarding what is and isn't permissible during war, educate yourself
to answer your question, you should read up on the ihl principles of distinction and proportionality when you get faster internet - i'm getting tired of spoon feeding you excerpts from the related laws / rulings when all your responses are baseless

Right now there is no siege and even if there was obe ihl principle allows it.

Hamas is not staying in power, and civilian casualties are part of war.
If you dont want your people dying dont start a war.
These are the basics educate yourself

i gotta admit that i respect the palestinian propaganda hustle

these cavemen somehow managed to get support from people they would kill when given the chance

white liberal women are protesting for a place where they wouldnt last a day without getting raped 50 times, then murdered and dumped in a ditch

round up these protesters and send them to gaza
