No reason we can't make tumors taste good. Something that's great about tumors is they're very genetically pliable. I don't see a reason why we can't put in proteins to make them taste like steak.

the same people who will scale lab grown meat are the corporations, likely under the same umbrella.

my enemy is the factory farm, not strictly the corporation running it. and im willing to sacrifice a modicum of health for the already wildly unhealthy american populace to end factory farming.

maybe the alternative is so offputting it actually forces people to budget in more for quality food, and puts an end to kids raised on meat the quality Chef Boyardee uses to some degree.

im most interested on the impact of cricket flour, and how that could replace protein people are getting from far less healthy sources currently. in a health aspect anyways IMO americans eat on average about 5-10 too many servings of meat per week, maybe more.
