Having a irregular sleeppattern is indeed not beneficial, but listening to music is actually pretty good for you.
Not really comparable with a higher risk of hypertension, overloaded joints, all kinds of problems with arteries and the heart, diabetes, cancer... I think you'll agree.
edit: by the way, it's not a sin to be unhealthy, but it is pretty unhealthy.
