Oh I know this but the animators and voice actor definitely tried to make it as sus as possible for the humor.

It's not terrible I guess. Hisoka is not exactly a subtle character. The sub doesn't make him come off as a pedophile. Definitely creepy, but not pedo-coded like he is here.
