You're speculating about unknowns whereas I'm commenting specifically on what Carlson said on his own show:

Your assessment about the pictures doesn't make sense to me. FedEx and UPS would have only photos of the package, not the documents, no?. The package did not go missing though, only the contents did. You're saying though that they would use the photos of the package...to find the package they already have?
