My assailant was masked and wearing a keffiyeh, concealing his identity. He also wore glasses and a black jacket. I started to yell and chase after him, but the wall of students continued to block me as I screamed. Next, I went to the Yale police, but they offered little in the way of assistance. They told me that their orders came from administrators who weren’t present at the demonstration, and that there were only seven officers to handle a crowd of about 500. So I was checked out by an ambulance EMT, who recommended I go to the hospital.

If no one goes to jail for this, Yale alumni contributions are going to dry up a significant amount.

This battle is lost. Universities have long been leftist bastions. Years back when conservatives said they were persecuted and/or marginalized no one cared and pretended it was all made up. The general public sees now how rabid some of these people are and nothing happens. The appropriate action needs to be automatic expulsions and arrests for students that put their hands or assault other students yet we see video after video of these people assaulting or impeding others with no repercussion. If that doesn't work, ultimately the fed gov't should step in and withhold funding via student loans/grants to universities that fail to protect the safety of their students, but that won't happen, that'd be the ultimate FAFO and we'd see these things quickly settle down.

An uninformed young person supporting a protest cause that was sold to them by an established Hamas propaganda network isn't the same as a terrorist unfortunately.

Violent acts should be met with prison time, but we have to be careful to peel away people from that propaganda based on their incremental involvement, otherwise we may cause blowback that is not desirable.

Most of the people in these protests will drop the cause once they realize violence and property damage equates to prison time.

Sold by Hamas... or by United Nations experts ? As a reminder UN experts worth much more than right (or left) wing ignorants.

The same UN that allowed Russia to invade Ukraine.

Yes. Yes. I'll pretend to care about their opinions.
