I produce high quality radio content in what I think is a top thirty market, maybe top forty? With the holidays, I have a lot of down time. The hosts are taking vacation time so I just babysit the computers while best ofs run. Normally I'm running the board 6 hours and doing production an hour or three outside of the live shows.

Essentially. I push the buttons and play the commercials and monitor the levels and record the shows and log the EAS and troubleshoot broadcasting issues and screen callers and compile the programs for weekend re-runs.

On a resume, I think I'll list it as "Board Operator, Producer and Production Engineer" It's a fun job, but I should earn more since my actual job responsibilities go above and beyond my actual job title of board op.
