In the end it's congress that sends spending, and Trump isn't going to veto a budget over the cost of an F35. I mean, he might, but it would be supremely retarded and cost him a lot of points with the american people. Remember congress is still full of Republicans who want to pad the pockets of defense contractors.
You forget that it is over budget and behind schedule.
I'd prefer that he sue for them wasting my tax dollars.
