When your ideology is getting absolutely destroyed by the only part of the government designed to not be influenced by politics and be based solely on law. The #1 most important piece of the entire idea of checks and balance has done its job.

Does anybody else find it odd (obvious) that lately basically every major Supreme Court decision points out that predominantly democrat (left) legislation to be completely illegal? The democrat position on the Supreme Court has been that it is now political (therefore extremist being majority right), when the reality is there is FINALLY the correct makeup of the court to swing it from activism to legal theory.
