Weaponizing amendments to the constitution is the beginning of the end.
I'd support expanding the supreme court if the court then would have to take every case appealed to its level, instead of the small amount of cases they pick to give certiorari.
But that's not what the Democrats are talking about, they want to just pack the court with lefties, and not resolve any more cases.
They are offended at the very thought of checks and balances on their power.
