I'd think someone born today would get a slightly different version of the message as opposed to someone who was alive when he was.

You do know around 60-70% of the Quran is about Jesus? How am I a non believer when we believe in the same God just using different paths? And Islam acknowledges Jesus as a prophet. I would like an explanation.
