I happen to know the guy who did the failure analysis for rapidan. Very expensive to repair or demolish, lots of dredging necessary, barely anyone affected, a trickle by the time it would reach Mankato. Kind of stuff budgets rarely touch

I have a bet with him about whether Democrats will end up with a trifecta after the 2024 election or not (1:1 odds). So after the election, I need him to log in and send me my fg because as things stand today, Democrats will be lucky to not end up with a GOP trifecta...
