We must keep in mind the the majority of people have no idea what most of those things are.

Weird though how his approval rating can be lower than nearly every EO individually.

Not really. Trump's just gotten off a bitter campaign of negative onslaught aimed at him personally, but that doesn't change people's minds on policies like immigration, globalism, etc. Trump could be filmed killing babies and drinking their blood and have his approval ratings drop to 0%, but people would still support measures to curb immigration.
The only one really surprising there that makes the statistics suspect is the abortion EO, I'd expect something more in the 40% approve 50% disapprove range because nobody would care what impacts it has on 'global health groups', just what partisan side it takes in the abortion debate. That casts the rest of the numbers in doubt

i have no problem with using stats on the % of people who support a strong border for example if the context of the argument is for example going against someone like Johnson who wants open border policies. I have a real problem with them being used to justify things like a Border wall, they aren't the same. Someone can be entirely for strong borders made on good cost effective policy and against a wall.

but i cant see the picture that's in here and could be well off base, it just came to mind when trump used the "sorry people support X" tweet

Yeah like I mentioned I have little faith in the electorate to understand the issues on anything more than a superficial level. I don't even understand much of it fully and I'd consider myself at least somewhat informed. Barely anyone has the knowledge to criticize e.g. the TPP, even most politicians tbh.

Your first sentence answers the second sentence.

I don't think any amount of leisure time is going to prevent Trump making poor decisions... And he's already batshit insane.
