the accuser’s lawyer’s/democratic party’s list of demands for testimony was enough to get to monday, prob even with this commentary

giving the dems an excuse to tie "trump's historical treatment of women" with Kavanaugh is a massive miss step. not because it will keep Kavanaugh off the bench permanently, but because it gives the Dems easy talking points and in a way takes away from their clear stall to push for thursday (who the fuck demands a thursday?). helps shift the conversation from "is Kav good in terms of judicial decisions, yes or no, if yes lets get the vote in NOW" to "is trumps pick good for women, lets take our time in finding out".

So at this point we're kind of a chorus. Is there anyone who actually does still believe the accusation is in good faith / legitimate after they published her list of demands?
How is anyone supposed to rationalize the thursday delay that would keep Kavanaugh off the court for the october session, not submitting written testimony, subpoenaing a private citizen and giving kavanaugh no opportunity to rebut allegations against him as the good faith actions of an accuser?
