not really sure but it looks to me a bunch of people have stepped down

is this brexit thing really that hard lol

Thing is, the vote was super tight, and a non-trivial amount of people voted yes as a political statement not thinking it had any chance at actually passing.

If you redid the advisory referendum (which was only advisory, not binding) it wouldn't get close to a majority of support.

Which vote? I haven't been following very closely, but the original vote was simply advisory and wasn't binding in any way. You tend to get VERY different results if it's just an opinion poll versus a "pull the switch" poll.

It's super easy, you could do it over the course of a week if you had enough energy drinks and modafinil

I think it is now since they've pulled the trigger and initiated exit proceedings, but the original vote wasn't.

The difficult part is negotiating trade deals between the UK and EU, as well as between UK and the entities that the EU traded with.

UK doesn't have the leverage of the EU anymore, so the favorable deals it was able to engage in under the EU banner may not be available anymore.

Not to mention brits are making it hard since decades, De Gaulle was against their integration in the EU and he was right, they made everything difficult, trying to keep their own currency, grabbing special rights, status, exceptions etc...

We are really tired of them: i just hope the will pay a really hard price for all this.

Hmmm, didn't imply the result of the vote was good or bad, didn't say anything about the quality of the voters, didn't say we should ignore it or not.

So literally everything in your post was a straw-man.

What I posted is the reality of the situation, that the referendum was non-binding, and if it were binding the result would have been different, and if you redid the ADVISORY referendum even the following day it wouldn't have passed.

De Gaulle came running to Britain for help after the French army got ezpk'd in the space of a week. We gave him a small sized army and he took it as a major insult, and never forgave us for it

A bad deal for the UK hurts France too, don't forget. Politicians should be searching for an equitable outcome for all instead of petty revenge for perceived misdeeds. Grow up french tosser.
