In any case I'm also inclined to think there are occasional rare circumstances where it's probably illegal but still justified.

The man immigrated here (legally) and spoke no english when he arrived. He embraced US culture immediately.
He wanted to be Mr Olympia, they said he couldnt, so he won it
Then he wanted to be Mr Universe, had his detractors, he won that a bunch of times
During this time he set up a lot of different business venutres and became a millionaire! With limited formal education at best!
Then he had the audacity to want to be an actor! With that last name and accent! Many told him no way. And yet he became the Terminator and Conan the Barbarian.
Not to shift down a gear he said "I'm gonna marry a Kennedy!" And he did just that.
Then that wasnt enough, next was politics: he wanted to be a Governor!! How the hell could that happen many said. But sure enough he was nominated in California.
Then he pissed a lot of that away by knocking up his heavyset maid
If anyone that wasnt US born could be President, Arnold would get a lot of votes including mine.
