Biden continued the vast majority of Trump's border policies that were already declared illegal. Very little changed at the border between Trump and Biden, and Trump set up insanely cruel policies. Biden continued them, knowingly.




See, here's the thing. I seem to "march in lock step with Democrats" because nobody on the right makes substantive criticisms. You literally make shit up instead of making real critcisms using the facts as they exist. When you guys claim Biden is literally opening the border and is the mastermind of evil while also being a braindead drone there's little for a sane person to do but swat that away.

It is sort of like drug induced mental illness. Trump was the drug that finally broke their brains. I'm not a Trump guy but I also have never let any of the weirdo lefty politicians put me into such a rage that my entire identity is about hating them. I pray that they get the help they need.

if you look at every major policy position of both american political parties, they have both moved in the same direction to varying degrees since 2005 or so.
republicans have moved moderately to the left and democrats have moved extremely far to the left.
there is no way to see truth in a claim such as "republicans are stupidly far to the right" unless you are running off a cliff with the democrats.

In basically the entire industrialized world besides America Democrats would be a right wing party. It's just that America's politics are so far to the right that they seem to be middle to left.

Just because some of the world is far left doesn't make stupid far left Americans any less stupid.


America is it's own country that was founded by what you would classify as far right extremists. Far left idiots go against everything America was founded on.

Come on, this particular example is really easy to understand: Saudi Arabia is the world's biggest exporter of oil and the ringleader of OPEC. If you really piss them off, they have the power to unilaterally send oil prices soaring and drastically reduce the purchasing power, and thus the standard of living, of Americans. It is an unethical, cyncical, but ultimately correct calculus to assume that Americans prioritize their economic self-interest over the livelihood or human rights of the Yemenis. Also, since there are Iranian proxy forces operating in Yemen, it's easy to argue that the Saudis are not the sole villain/aggressor (even if a majority of the blame falls on them).

To want to move it WAY more to the right like the GOP absolutely makes it extreme. Even more so since the party is in the minority.
