Biden is NOT a moderate, never has been. He's a rather unideological opportunist who always positions himself in the middle of wherever his party is at any given moment in time. That's why he was fighting against desegregation and talked about kids growing up in a "racial jungle" during the 70s, fought tooth and nail to prevent the nomination of a black guy to the Supreme Court and championed the "super predator" crime bill during the 90s before he fully embraced racial and gender quotas and other elements of the wokist agenda during the 2010s.


These points aside, a president who proposes over $5 trillion in spending durng his first year in office, tries his hardest to keep the borders functionally open, weaponizes the DoJ to go after journalists, tries to abolish the filibuster, tries to stage a complete federal takeover of elections and likens at least one third of the country to Bull Connor and Jefferson Davies cannot reasonably be considered a moderate (or a "uniter").

What are you talking about? What justice do you think Biden is going to nominate? Garland has never voted for a Republican in his life.

I misread your previous comment. I thought you were referring to Biden himself, not the potential nominee. Hadn't had enough coffee that early, apparently. I don't see him nominating a centrist, either.
