Obviously just taking the country and dividing it into two independent polities is implausible for many reasons, which is why the best possible outcome for everyone is a massive check on federal power. You can remain one country with one national military and foreign policy and allow for multiple ways of life within its borders based on smaller subdivisions like states and counties. Not everyone should he forced to tolerate pedos, junkies, illegal immigrants, etc. Why not allow the degenerates who can't get enough of that to have their own hellhole while decent people have theirs, win win

They are not united anyway. Constitutional Republic has eroded into some kind of a joke. The Marx plants have done a great job of seducing empty headed college students. Now we have generational institution that won't go away over night.

Elon musk goals like extra planetary travel and colonisation. If you talk with an old vet they will probably tell you we need the Nazis to rally us together to fight a common enemy.
That's why USA was such a big proponent of war. But that was largely unsuccessful due to fragmented conflicts around the world.

No we need a unified vision otherwise there is just going to be more friction.

If us was to split it would mostly be the lower class who suffer most. Rather I think if we split up the wealth so that the gap decreases it would be overall a better outcome

Technically we already have this with the 3 branches amd 10th amendment. But 1 party rule is what causes massive overreach. From either "side". The uni-party only wants power and your money to do what they wish with.

You can't take the "wealth" and split it. The ultra rich will just wash their money and move it overseas more than they already do the second a split is announced.
