Cmon man. It's not hard to understand. They're working from home because Covid is real and concerning
Actually, they have to work from home, whether they want to or not, because the studios where they film their shows, or the blue cities/states where the studios tend to be located, are mandating it. Dito for them being vaccinated.
Do I think that the Fox hosts believe in their own bullshit about covid being a hoax and completely harmless? Of course not. Do I think that they would be vaccinated even if they didn't need to be for their work? Yes.
But at the same time, I can totally see guys like Tucker giving a damn about non-compulsory work from home or social distancing recommendations.
In any case, what you said was not the argument horford was making.

and then going on air and saying it's not and arguing against the same distancing majors in places like schools.
That's actually not a contradiction at all. Studies from all sorts of countries show that remote learning is not working properly for a huge percentage of children, particularly those from poor, non-white, immigrant or uneducated families. Remote learning is okay for the kids from privileged families where the parents can work from home and tend to them at the same time, have the education level to help them with their classes and fill in gaps that remote learning creates, and so on. For everyone else, it's a total disaster.
Therefore, there are damn solid reasons to oppose school closures or excessive distancing requirements. In education settings, distancing has a huge negative impact. By contrast, producing a TV show from home instead of a studio, or in a socially distanced setting instead of a live audience, only has a very marginal negative effect on its quality.
