Sounds like there's a problem with white culture still. If white culture wasn't a factor we would expect them to commit fewer per capita.
Active racism at it's finest. "Whites" do not have the most wealth, access to the best healthcare, or commit the most atrocities. The numbers were very clear. Blacks are overrepresented in wealth and access to healthcare and atrocities committed. Also in crime stats and amazing performance in sports. And while they have access to the best education in disproportionately high numbers, they also fail at disproportionately high numbers.
On the flipside, you have hispanics who are underrepresented in "atrocities" but also overrepresented in violent crime stats. Also receive more subsidized health care, higher and private education, etc.
Last, there's no "White Culture". Only a racist would make that claim. Or a Communist. Though I begin to wonder if there's a difference? How is it Mr. "I'm offended by the you people comments" is now making "you people comments" regarding all people of one race?
Also, it's fun to note that if you go to Europe, Polish, Germans, Brits, Irish, French, etc. etc. are all considered different races with different cultures. But you plop all these cultures (that consider themselves races) into the US in one big melting pot of multiculturalism, and it becomes "White race, white culture."
