Uhh a prison colony is just a place that's used to exile or seperate prisoners from the general populis of ones own territory which is what the British did and they did use America. I feel like this was taught in every grade 9 or 10 history class. Unless my memory is fleeting me.

Edit: Just looked it up: She's fully eligible to run for 2024. She IS natural born, and she'll be old enough by election day.
