You’re saying that the supreme court should be able to decide whether or not a person can run for president—allowing them to choose the president is not much of a stretch from this point, although I will agree with you that the overall reasoning is fucking dumb.

Congress is a political body. The supreme court is a judicial body. The difference shouldn’t be difficult to understand, it doesn’t matter whether or not you or I agree with the decisions of congress, putting those political decisions in the hands of a judicial body is idiocy. Felix Frankfurter spoke about these differences and warned against giving the supreme court political supremacy.

I've never posted anything that stated I'm in support of trump. I never voted for him, and I don't believe he belongs in politics.
I have however, stated that his administration (arguably) did try to accomplish SOME bipartisan positives (if even very few at that)... mainly to argue against the fact that he did NOTHING good.

If I say Hitler was a great speaker, that does not mean I support him / agree with him / or that am a nazi lol.

Our country’s ills, few as they actually are in comparison to the rest of the world, seem to me a problem owing much more to the public than to any politician. This hollywood twitter culture of left vs right is destroying our country, and it’s almost completely fabricated. When I introduce two people I don’t consider whether or not their political differences will create a problem, I only consider whether either party is stupid enough to imagine that their political differences could create a problem. It’s fucking stupid to hate someone for disagreeing with you, but that’s where we are currently.

For the record, I have never once ignored Bidens flaws or said he's s good candidate, I've said the exact opposite more times than I can count, but again, this isn't a conversation based in reality, you're not capable of those.
