Two things

First is that aerosols from vaping are smaller than the normal droplets we breathe out, and second is that even if it doesn't totally stop exhaling (which was never the claim anyway) it absolutely reduces the distance they travel from your mouth. I know you know that we aren't comparing these droplets to the size of individual viruses, and I know you know this because I've told you several times and linked you to scientific sources with explanations of how droplet born illness is different from airborne illness.

Regardless, what you posted does not support that masks are "atomizing droplets even further", so you're dodging the actual question.

clearly the link provided shows vapor easily goes right through a mask.

One thing that is not being discussed is viral load. It has been shown in the research that if viral load is reduced, then the probability of individuals to become infected by Covid-19 is also reduced. Wearing a mask is one of many potential ways to reduce viral load.
