With proper punctuation, this is clearly supposed to read "coming for 'blacks and indians first' (as opposed to 'america first'), welcome to the new world order". Which is a message that one doesnt have to agree with, but which is clearly a tenable position to take.
if anything, the 'first' makes that message worse. for your moronic spin to work there'd have to be an organisation or movement called "blacks and indians first", which there isn't - the message is as unambiguous as it could be. the fact that you're twisting yourself into a pretzel in order to rationalise and downplay the disgusting racist message of your fellow trumptards really speaks for itself though. you just can't help it, can you?
