If you are not going into debt and are paying your bills you are living within your means.
Savings is extra if you are saving money every month you are living BELOW your means.

I'm so sorry public school system failed you so hard... Most normal schools teach you 10% of your pay check should go in to savings. It's common knowledge I thought? Explains why so many people don't have savings but own a lot of crap they don't need?

Well boys, my vote was just bought today.

Will be using my handout to pay my insurance deductible for the trees that fell in my yard, creamed a couple fences, and had one destroy my pool patio. The rest will pay off some CC debt Ive ran up after recently during my move.

Anyone else get a handout?
