Many people don't respect mental illness. They're all mind body dualist like rene descartes or something.

It doesn't matter that psychiatrist or prescribing physical pills that act on a physical organ which is the brain and that mental illness is a sickness of the brain not of the mind.

Neuro transmitters are basically not real.

The pills themselves combined with psych pills being used in cocktails. The pills have more unexpected results than say blood pressure meds. And in cocktails it can be even worse
