To circle back to the OP (not that I don't find the occasional false equivalence/whistling past the graveyard amusing), it's getting harder by the day to distinguish between a Flynn scandal and a Trump scandal, and (potentially) a Flynn crime and a Trump crime. Some people inexplicably pooh-pooh the inclusion of Trump's administration violating the Logan Act via Flynn's activities on a list of his crimes, but if Flynn was acting as an agent of Trump in any of these other dealings (re: Russia or otherwise) then when do they stop being solely Flynn's scandal and/or crime and start being shared by Trump himself?

how convenient, whenever not even his cultists can escape the fact that he's a crook, trump is "just like any other politician", and whenever he's incompetent, class- and clueless, he's "an outsider / not a career politician"...

the fact that he did everything in his power trying to prevent an investigation into russia's meddling with the election speaks for itself.
if he truly was completely innocent, he would have embraced it. as a president it should in fact be one of his main focuses to have this investigated properly so it doesn't happen again - instead he makes bullshit claims about voter fraud and obama wire tapping him...

#31 - The RNC is using party funds to cover Don Jr.'s legal bills; this is obviously problematic as he was neither a candidate nor party employee in 2016. Should someone make an issue of this (and we should, always), it will likely fall to SCOTUS to interpret (read: clarify) its terrible McCutcheon decision and therefore determine whether the RNC is misusing their funds.
