iron man is a 15 year old black girl now :o

pandering too much to sjw's? or a bold progressive move embracing a diverse audience?

oddly she's still being called iron man instead of iron woman though i guess probably shouldn't be so quick to assume her gender

Oh?

Quote
He told the magazine that Riri will join Iron Man after her homemade suit catches the attention of Tony Stark, the billionaire engineer and consummate capitalist who first turned up in Marvel pages in the 1960s and was portrayed by Robert Downey Jr. in the “Iron Man” and “Avengers” films.

It is unclear if Riri will be called Iron Man. As Time suggested, she’s working on a name for herself.

Another prime example of pandering except unlike duffmans fictional superheroes example this is history being altered. This is 1984esque where every time they change the enemy they go and purge the history books and rewrite them to fit the narratives.

"Who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past," repeated Winston obediently.

"Who controls the present controls the past," said O'Brien, nodding his head with slow approval. "Is it your opinion, Winston, that the past has real existence?"

it's shitty but any film that based on a historical event is bound to be much of the same. its just that many are biblical or from centuries past, when its in the recent past it feels more dirty. Still i'd prefer this to them making money off of recent tragedies. the films about flight 93, grizzly man, world trade center, Osama's capture, American sniper, etc are all in my opinion crass attempts to profit off of these people.

The recent "Biblical" movies that Hollywood put out really triggered me. Noah and Exodus:Gods and Kings were absolutely atrocious. A non christian or someone that doesn't know much about the Bible watching that CGI garbage has no alternative but to think that the Bible is some fictional book filled with fables. It really does a massive disservice to Christianity and i view those films as a direct attack on Christianity.

Also duffman, when will you be running on a "Make Canada Great Again" platform in Canada? Lmk so i can endorse you to my family members living in St. Catharines.

the biblical ones especially old testament don't bother me as much as them making a phony ass film from an event 1-2 years ago. Mainly because i think people understand that the ancient stories are being hacked and slashed but they assume recent events are pretty accurate when in reality both are usually completely inaccurate.

over here at the duffington post diversity doesn't just mean a room full of white women with white mac books - unlike our counterparts over at the huffington post

if you had to describe this picture in one word would it be sexist? racist? or eeww (macs)
