The guy's kinda the one who brought up his own prickishness by forcing it on others. This woman was just going about her business and trying to live her life and do her job, and some douche who doesn't even watch her show on the regular decided to 'step up' and act like a dick so that he could feel better about being a security guard. That's the whole story here, nothing to see, move along.

The idea that girls are out there in droves getting fat because they saw this woman on TV is nothing short of ridiculous.

I said exercise and diet. All that article said was that exercise alone cannot help you lose weight.

First amendment doesnt cover being a dick to some one personally, ever heard of defamation? Not covered by first amendment, ever heard of being punched in the face for pointing out that some one is not up to your personal level of fitness?

If you read the article it points out that most people struggle to maintain both and that the exercise is the part you can most do without.

I don't see anyone saying he should not be allowed to say it, I just see some people perfectly ok with how much it backfired on him because of the way in which he went about it.

Lol, I knew it was eventually going to come to someone mentioning the first amendment. I half expected it to be the other guy.

And? Still doesn't disprove that both diet and exercise are optimal for losing weight.

People are trying to ban the freedom to be a security guard who has never done anything successfully other than lose weight, you guys. Someone please help the poor, oppressed security guards.

Since you cant read i am not going to bother.
THEY WERE ALL SUPPOSED TO BE DOING BOTH.
The people exercising were supposed to be dieting.
They lost the same weight as people who didnt exercise.
If the best way to lose weight was to put a belt sander on your ball sack most people wouldnt lose weight..
Thats what its like for the majority trying to juggle a diet and exercise.
