She was not the masked invaders that came to her neighborhood ...She was not a radical ..people assuming she some crazed driver... masked police are more ruthless ..The mask gives them more authority to do war crimes...it a fact...

So an innocent victim just in the wrong place at the wrong time or was she intentionally trying to impede ICE officers?

All of this doesn't change the fact that legally he was justified in using deadly force.

Tires started to spin, accelerator pressed, all while tires were facing straight ahead before turning them. He pulled the gun out right away and used deadly force which is pretty standard when someone drives at law enforcement. Vehicle is a weapon.

All of that but but but excuses for her are irrelevant. She stomped on the gas while a federal agent was standing in front of her vehicle. Fucked around and found out.

the entire run down an officer claim is silly. from the rear view bumper POV video that's circulating:

8 seconds in: officer approaches her drive side window, which is down.
10 sec: officer makes contact with door handle, 2nd office is in front towards the driver's side of her front bumper as driver is backing up
11 sec: driver shifts to forward drive, at the same time turning right, officer draws his side arm
12 sec: driver is moving forward while turning right away from officer traveling slow but clearly not idling or brake covering (foot on gas lightly)
13 sec: officer fires into vehicle, driver dies, floors the pedal, already dead

this is a woman trying to illegally flee, after illegally blocking traffic, and illegally impeding an active investigation. all of these are crimes, but they're not vehicular manslaughter. the facts just arent there. no speed, angle, or clear intent. she turned away, at slow speed, after ignoring seemingly legal orders.

Was she a criminal before this? Was that why she was shot? She is not an American citizen? She is in the US illegally, doing bad things and they finally caught her and shot her ? I am trying to understand, what crime did she commit or what crime was she accused of committing to result in the side arm being upholstered and her being shot dead. What about the other car that sped off? Was that her accomplice ? Was there an imminent threat to civilians ? If the other car was an accomplice, where they apprehended and shot dead as well or what happened to them? Surely they were arrested and were dealt with? From my perspective shooting her dead seems very excessive, she was not about to kill someone. Why escalate ? Is there something I am missing here? can someone give me a logical account? The person that shot her, is a police officer ? right ? I simply dont understand.

To me, looking at the video, the car was parked funny on the road, blocking the road? she was confronted, she tried to escape and was shot dead. Why was her car blocking the road? its so odd. context?
